This suggestion is a feature I use in Firefox (through Stylish Addon) since a few months...
It simply keeps the top menu where iit is: straight on the top, eben if you scroll through dA pages. So you have access to the top menu features, no matter where you are on dA (i.e. Facebook changed it to this).
Many people use my little css for this (while it has one little known bug on not-maximized windows), so I think it would be a great addition.

Also, when you use the "Add to Favorites" button on deviation pages, the star that rises up should stay on top of the user bar.
