SUPER refurbished icon (PNG and ICO)

EDIT: the icon is now official in the current release of SUPER (March, 7th 2013).

This icon is based on the current icon from "SUPER © Media File Converter" by eRightSoft.
Admit it, it's outdated and rubbish with its 16x16 low quality.

So, I decided to make an refurbished version for modern operating systems.
